For Love & liberty semi see-through dress. chest measurement lying flat from armpit to armpit is approximately 18 in. measuring the top of the dress to the bottom is approximately 34 in. Lots of ruffle and flare on sleeves. Darted at chest for form fitting. This is in good used condition.
