nowreen_c @dvtada So I tried to file a claim and it says “The tracking number is not eligible for filing a claim because insurance was not available or purchased for this article.” I’m submitting another type of service request for locating a missing item.

dvtada @nowreen_c when I sent first class to another person that did a purchase she lived in Alaska and I sent it first class as well 3 day delivery and she didn’t receive it till almost 2 weeks after the fact. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I will let you know what happens on Monday when I go

But I’ll try that on Monday too if I can slip out on break. Yeah I feel like it’s a nation-wide slowdown. I’m waiting on a ThreadUp shipment too and it’s been late by 2 days already with no sensical update on the tracking number.

It doesn’t make any sense! Calling USPS now.
