Fore Black Mini Cocktail Dress

Purchased this gorgeous mini LBD for NYE & decided not to wear as it as a bit tight on my chest (32 DD). This dress has only been tried on twice (once for first 3 pics). There is a small snag (pictured) that was on dress when I received. From smoke & pet free home. For reference I’m 5’4”…bottom hem hits a smidge past mid thigh(see pic 3).
