jnws Hi! This is more of an office suit jacket, yes! Unfortunately there is no materials tag attached, but it is warm and well-made. I would say no need for a sweater underneath but it would probably depend on the person and someone who runs cold may want one. And there are 2 front pockets. I hope that helps! :)
