Foreign Exchange Sheer High Slit Dress

Turquoise, strapless, high slit maxi dress with midi skirt underneath. Has 2 belt loops on each side to accessorize. Midi skirt underneath has very light damage from stitch work, which I did to shorten the skirt, that has been taken out. Won’t be seen because it will be covered by the maxi skirt. Otherwise, dress is in brand new condition.
