Foreign Exchange little black strapless dress

Little Black dress from Foreign Exchange. Strapless with a sash tie at waist. Boning provides support for the deep V in front and the front bodice area. Skirt completely lined with 2 layers including a layer of tulle for extra poof. Back zipper and hook. My mannequin Clara is too big for zipper to go all the way up. Waist is 25". Tag says small but I believe more of an XS based on how it didn't fit Clara. Pics do not do it justice.
