Foreign exchange gray charcoal ruffle dress size S

This is a very cute dress small excellent condition. Only wore once. Too right for me now. About 24" long. There is a small snag toward the bottom the ruffle area. And there are couple marks don't know how they got there but overall it is cute clean dress trim with sequins on the ruffle area. Final sales. Thank u.
