Forest Green Velvet Crop Top

This top has the most gorgeous dark jewel green color! It has a deep scoop neckline and floral detailing at the neck and sleeves. There is no size tag. Please see measurements given below. I think of this as an xxs, but it does have a lot of good stretch to it, so it will accommodate a bit more than the measurements say. The laundering tag says "dry clean only" but I threw it in my washer set on cold and laid it flat to dry and it did well.
