Forest Green Winter Sweater Dress

Very comfy knit sweater dress w/ elbow length sleeves. Two rows of small cutouts above the bust and three rows above the hem. Zipper back. Some small snag in the knit over the right leg area (when wearing). Curve hugging fit. Tag says M but I think it runs small, please see measurements below! Photos do not do the color justice!
