Forest Green XS 3/4 sleeved "Poof" Dress

This green 60% cotton dress goes down to about mid to low thigh. I am 5,3" and I think the pictures show most of the detail. The dress has small shoulder pads to balance out the lower half which I think is flattering. It is not my style so I've never worn it out (recorded as a gift). Let me know if you have any questions!
