This dress can be a tank dress or a blouse can go under it. Rich green velvet mini shift dress. Fully lined tags still on from Gap. $128 size 8. Model is a 4-6 with D cup chest and so it would be a more fitted look on a 6-8. It has no darts or anything so it is a true shift dress and the velvet is a soft soft 80% rayon and 20% silk to create the velvet shell...and the lining is a silky acetate.
