Forever 21 Beautiful blue maxi dress

Forever 21 maxi dress in EUC. Cream fabric is sheer. Dress has two front leg slits. Dress has cream slip that stops just shy of slits. It is not noticeable through the dress. No stains or pulls, just too long for me! (For reference I am 5’2”, 140 pounds. Dress fits everywhere except length on me. Pit to pit: 15 3/4 Waist: 13 1/4 but is elastic and stretches. Waistband hits 6 1/4” down from armpit. Length: pit to hem 48 3/4” (did not measure from should because straps are adjustable)
