Forever 21 Black Gray and White Floral Scuba Fit and Flare Dress Sz M Stylish Fit and Flare Scuba Style Dress. Round Neck with Hidden Side Zipper. Back Panel is a beautiful Lace Dot. Material has Black Buttons. Skirt portion is lined with a built in black slip liner. Dress is in perfect condition. One small dot next to zipper as shown in picture. Dress is freshly laundered but I couldn’t remove dot. Barely noticeable under the arm. Please ask questions or request additional pictures if needed.
