Forever 21 Black Midi Floral Dress size L

This dress has been worn a handful of times but is in excellent condition. No tears or damages. It has little cutout holes that you can see through as seen in the third picture, they follow along the lines next to the flowers throughout the dress. I would typically wear a slip underneath when I wore this dress but you don’t necessarily need to. It is 19 inches pit to pit and about 38 inches long. Materials in pictures above.
