This skirt is SO CUTE! A mesh overlay with a black slip underneath and a zipper in the back. Its length is 33 inches and the waist at its smallest point is 17 1/2 inches—it’s meant to be high rise and sit on the smallest point of your torso! The tag says small but I am a medium/large in pants usually and it fits me just fine—it would definitely fit XS too! Like new; no flaws!
