Forever 21 Black Mini Dress With Diamanté Bow Belt

This is a black mini dress from Forever 21 that comes with a diamanté bow belt. This dress is a size small and it runs very very small. I am 90lbs and I could not get the zipper past my hips. This dress is also very short it reaches my knees exactly and I am 5ft. That being said, the cut of this dress is adorable and the belt is not attached and can be used on other pieces. The dress’ cups are padded and it has that lining on top to help keep it up. NWT.
