Forever 21 Black and White Striped Maxi Dress

Lightly worn, comfortable maxi dress. No slit. Perfect dress for a lazy day of getting ready, yet still looking fashionable and cute. In picture, it shows black under layer being longer than top layer, but when the dress is worn, the top layer actually flows over the bottom layer. The bottom layer is longer in the picture because the weight of the dress is heavy when hung (if that makes sense). The dress itself is not heavy.
