Forever 21+ Black velvet silver striped keyhole neckline 2x

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tandym. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Sleeves are 26” long, top is also 26” long. P2p is 21”, unstretched Neck has 2 button closure. Listed as xxl. It has some velvet stretch. It is Very shiny in person, much less so in photos. Reposhing as it isn’t quite my style. I also lost weight. It no longer fits well. It looked great in previous holiday photos! This would be great for a 2x velvet & shimmer loving person!! Listing for what I put into it. I wore it for photos once. That’s it! Questions?
