Forever 21 Blue and White Sheer Hi-Lo top

A nice sheer Forever 21 white and blue hi-lo top. Short sleeves, very light, would need a cami underneath, perfect summer top. Would be cute with white shorts and sandals! Machine was, line dry. 100% polyester. Measurements are approximate and taken by me on a flat surface.
