Forever 21 Blue And White Floral Paisley Aztec / Tribal Dress

•Gorgeous !! •Size small . •Colors are blue and white . •Patterns / prints are floral , Aztec / tribal and paisley . •3/4 sleeves . •The sleeves are loose and flowy ! ( Which I imagine are super comfy ! ) •Reinforced waistline and wrists . •V neck with adorable tassels to tie on the chest . •Two layers . •As shown in the pictures , this dress has a loop on both sides where a belt must have gone before . The belt does not come with this item because I don't have it . The small belt loops can either be cut off very easily and then the item can be worn as a normal dress , or you can add your own belt to the dress and make it your own ! ( The loops are very small it will need to be a thin belt if you decide to add one to this piece . ) •This dress is not in completely perfect condition . The inside wash / care tag has been cut out which is shown in the pictures and the size / brand tag is a little bent back . Neither of these flaws effect the dress too much at all .
