Wrap skirt - ties in a bow at the side Fully lined (see photo) Floral print has a very subtle, very pretty splash of blue added in Skirt length is mid to lower thigh depending on height. I am 5’3 and had no trouble wearing this to school - was within the dress code The tie lets you wear this if you’re normally a smaller size. I would’ve normally worn a medium and this was able to fit fine.
