Forever 21 Contemporary Print Dress

I've never worn this dress, and loved it when I found it in Forever 21. It's a shift dress, with a removable fabric belt. It's perfect with a pair of sandals, or with opaque tights for a groovy, vintage look. It's never been worn, and moved around the closet a few times.
