Reposhing this gorgeous 90s nostalgia crushed velvet dress from Forever 21. I love it and wanted it to work but my huge boobs (HH UK or L cup US) made it look awkward on me. fatshionlove @featherboo The dress is approximately 32" from the top to bottom. Laid flat measurements of bust and hip are not super helpful because it's a slinky and stretchy tube dress. I tried measuring the bust area laid flat and it was 20" but it definitely can accommodate more than 40" of bust. My bust is 50ish" and it fit me, just a little awkwardly. I firmly believe that it is true to size for a size 3 from Forever 21, but yeah the laid flat measurements don't accommodate for the stretch.
