Forever 21 Cutout-Front Surplice top

I wish this cute top fit me 😫. I am size 34D and this does not fit well over my chest. A size large probably would have worked. This blouse has a cute cutout neckline and a great drape front which is flattering for the tummy area. Length in back is the same and stops at waist. Long sleeve, cutout-front surplice top with drape front.
