Forever 21 Distressed Denim Shorts

Forever 21 distressed/ripped denim shorts with frayed hem. Tag says M but fits like S. Waist - 14.75” Inseam - 2.5” These are NOT high rise shorts and sit lower on the waist - perfect for the beach with a bikini or crop top. Take that into account when considering the measurements as the waist band does not sit high (where your traditional waist measurement would be taken). For reference, I usually wear size 24/25 in jeans, XS to S in bottoms, and 0 to 2 in dresses, and these shorts fit me.
