Forever 21 Dress

Super cute little black dress from forever 21. Very soft and light material. Form fitting around the chest/waist and then flows into a super cute peplum detailing. Ruched detailing on the sleeves. Size small and never worn. In perfect condition. For reference I’m 5’8 and this dress falls right at my fingertips, so it’s not too short and would be perfect for any casual occasion. 95% rayon and 5% spandex/elastase material.
