Forever 21 Dress

This is a Forever 21 dress- long length in blue navy/white polka dots. The dress is in excellence condition, no stains as I have not wear it anywhere. It’s a halter dress with crisscross wired at the collar, with a bow string at the front or back however you like to tie it. It’s very long to your ankle or feet with lining inside. It has two side slits for easy walking. Perfect dress for your getaway vacation. Layer it with a sweater or jacket. Size is small. Inseam: collar to bottom- 57 in collar to armpit- 15 in
