Forever 21 Embroidered Black Midi Dress

This dress is so pretty! It’s too small in the hips for me and I’ve held onto it for a couple years hoping I could fit it one day. It’s got embroidery on the front top and bottom and back bottom. The back is a triple strap racer back and it has small slits on both sides. It’s a non stretch smooth soft rayon. Brand new with tags never worn
