cfentron @pinalip6 I wouldn't think so! You could hang dry it to ensure that it wouldn't. I do that with a majority of my clothes and never have experienced any shrinkage.

cfentron @pinalip6 ohh gotchya! Yes, I'm not sure about the shrinking to be honest! I am 5.4 and 125lbs if it helps you to gauge the sizing. I bought the small because I liked the looser looking fit for the shirt.
