Forever 21 Floral Dress

Only worn once to a wedding. Floral cocktail dress with braided strap details. The dress is black with various blue, olive, and tan floral designs. Size Large. Sash ties below the bust in the back of the dress. Dress hits slightly above the knee (length: 24” from below bust): Band below waist is elastic, stretching up to about 40 inches. Material is loose and float below the bust (and fun for dancing at weddings!) Machine wash.
