Forever 21 Floral Dress, Size S - Read Description!

Hole in left sleeve. Dark navy (almost looks black if not in perfect lighting) background with a pink, white, and green flower across the front of the dress. Plastic tag holder still attached; it was NWOT, but has a tear about halfway up the left sleeve. Long sleeves. Hand wash, line dry. 50% rayon, 44% cotton, and 6% spandex.
