Forever 21 - Floral Fit & Flare Dress

Look adorable in this mustard yellow floral fit and flare dress. It has a cute floral print, V neck front and has back zipper, partially lined and semi sheer, 31” in length and arm pit to armpit measures 18”. Polyester material, does not stretch. Purchased and tried on but it doesn’t fit. So cute and flirty!
