Forever 21 Floral Print Skater Dress

Worn once but will probably look brand new forever. It’s a really cool material and it’s kinda structured. It’s a size small but runs tiny, especially in the chest and shoulders. There’s a little ruching in the neckline, so it gives a little bit of a sweetheart look.
