Forever 21 Green Cut Out Fit and Flare Dress

🦋DONATED🦋 Fit and flare dress with lattice style cut-outs on front. Worn a few times. Great with a jacket and tights in fall, or perfect by itself in spring or summer! A few loose threads and the side has been re-stitched as shown in pictures. I'm not a master seamstress, but the stitching could easily be re-done in a thread that's that's a closer match. It's only noticeable up close. Any questions, just ask! Offers welcome 
