Forever 21 Green and Black Polka Dot A Line Dress

Forever 21 Green and Black Polka Dot A-Line Dress with Black Bow. (the bow is sewn on and not adjustable) The bottom of the dress hits right below the knees on a 5'2" person. Thicker fabric. Would recommend as a spring or fall dress. Might be too hot for the summertime. Size small. Worn but only a few times and in good condition.
