Fits S-M Used to be a Forever Fitted 21 T-shirt. Sleeves cut off. Hem removed on the neckline. 1 in~ slits cut into the sides at the bottom, closed with tiny safety pins. Cut along the side seam above the sleeve. "Sleeves" made from a chain of safety pins. Unknown material but very stretchy. Never worn before alterations, lightly worn after.
