Forever 21 Heritage H81 medium blue distressed wash cut off shorts Sz 25 They are 100% cotton and stretch very little Gently used. Only worn a few times The back of one leg is a bit more frayed than the other side but it was like that when I purchased them. It can be trimmed if you dont like the strings hanging down. (P21)
