Women’s size small high-low maxi-dress. Black and blue design. Adjustable spaghetti straps, deep v-neck with gathered fabric on front and cinched around the waist/under the bust. Gathered fabric in the back as well. Flairs out to the skirt and is a high-low design. Length to back of skirt 47 inches, length to front of skirt 33 inches.
