Forever 21 high-waisted skirt, it is black with a black, white, and hints of yellow pattern, two pockets, silk-like feeling material, the black band at waist is stretchy and feels like when you wear a high-waisted skirt and belt it to flatter your waistline, the black (belt-like) waist also has a black rectangle accent piece, making it resemble a high waited skirt with a belt, therefore, it looks great w/ a black top tucked into it, it is a size M but fits like a S to M, about 18.75-19” length
