what are the measurements please? and are the flowers embroidered or just part of the fabric?

@rollergirl79 It is 21.5" from the back base of the neck to the bottom and 25.5 from the should seam to the end of the sleeve. I am 5'-8" and it hit me just above the hips and was full length sleeves.
