Forever 21 Lightweight Navy Blue Pea Coat

Forever 21 navy blue peacoat. The coat is made out of cotton and very lightweight. The sleeves are adjustable and can be worn long or rolled up. It had 3 bottoms and a tie around the waist. The coat as a stain on the front pocket but can be cleaned up with a little love (see last photo). Will consider offers, please ask questions!
