Forever 21 Lightweight Navy Jacket with Belt

Super soft yet sturdy fabric, feels nice to the touch🌺 Peacoat style with a lapel and double breasted buttons. Front side pockets. Slit in the back. Falls past the hips. Secures with a tie belt. *there is a missing strap on the left sleeve. Could probably be made from the belt or take off the other or roll up the sleeves! ☺️
