Forever 21 Lightweight Patterned Dress

This dress is super cute and flattering and perfect for summer! It’s very light weight so perfect to wear on hot summer day when you need some thing a little cuter than shorts. I wore it a lot and have gotten use out of it but it’s still in excellent condition with no flaws that I can see. It hits me around mid thigh and I’m 5’4.5”. Belt not included.
