Forever 21 London Floral & Polka Dot Circle Skirt

New with tags. Retro-ish skirt from the Forever 21 LDN (London) line. Top section is a floral print in pink, green, white & black. Bottom section is black and hot pink polka dots. Skirt is non stretch with invisible zipper. *New with tags, but has one tiny hole that you can't see, and some black color rub off, not noticeable (see pics). Measurements: Length= 15.25" Waist (side to side) = 14.5"
