Forever 21 Magenta Cocktail Dress

Forever 21 Magenta Cocktail Dress, falls just above the knees for me, I’m 5”1. Runs small for a size L. Definitely not for the big chested of us. One flaw is that the thread on both sides of the dress that supposed to be holding the belt need to be sewn back, but barely noticeable.
