Forever 21 Maroon Dress

Maroon dress from Forever 21 with pink lace detail. Sleeves are "peplum" style. Drawstring around neck, with pretty lacy detailing around neck. Bottom flares out in peplum style as well - unless you are short, this is best worn with leggings because the slight flare makes the dress look a little shorter in the back.
