This super cute peplum fleece from Forever 21 is cute enough for the office, but a great comfy casual top with jeans, too! It is NWOT!!! It is soft french terry fleece so not real heavy…great for fall! It has unique adornment at the shoulders and a little smocked elastic waist dropping to the peplum ruffle. It is 18.5” from mid shoulder to hem and 18” from armpit to armpit.
