This skirt is so easy to dress up or dress down! This is a medium navy blue fitted stretch skirt from Forever 21 with a subtle geometric textured pattern. It falls about 2 inches above knee length on me at 5' 2". Because of the stretchy waist, you can wear it as high or as low as you'd like to adjust the length of the skirt, and you can tuck in a shirt or wear a shirt over the skirt. The outside of the skirt is 96% polyester and 4% spandex, and the skirt's lining is 100% polyester.
