Forever 21 brand Navy color sailor pants/trousers. 1950's vintage style. Worn only handful of times - lots of life left! High waist 14" across 12.5" rise 29.5" inseam I'm 5'9" and typically wear at least a 32" inseam - these fit well and were long enough for me.
