Forever 21 Off The Shoulder High Low Floral Dress

This is a very minimally-used, pale pink, floral print, high-low maxi dress from Forever 21. This was originally my sister’s, but she only wore it once, so as such, the dress is in perfect condition. It has a beautiful, flowy material, w/ a stretchy, ribbed waist & sleeves, an off-the-shoulder neckline, a high-low cut draped across the center of the skirt, and a hot pink, yellow, & lilac floral pattern. It’s a women’s size small, & as a small/medium myself, it was a little snug in the arms.
